PROP: Personal Resource Optimizing Performance
PROP stands for Personal Resource Optimizing Performance. P6PROP® can best be visualized as six blades of an aeroplane propellers, each corresponding to a P-component, that provide maximum thrust and forward drive when angled optimally – just as a propeller does on an aeroplane.

The way the blades of each propeller are angled determines whether a P-component has a positive, a neutral or a negative impact on your performance. Each blade, when angled optimally, provides thrust and is a strong resource for your performance. On the other hand, if a blade is not angled optimally, it does not provide thrust – on the contrary, it may even become a braking force for your performance.

P6PROP® identifies your current level of Personal Leadership Excellence and it helps you understand your potential to consistently perform at your personal best under the given circumstances. It identifies the P-components that are resources for your optimal performance as well as the P-components that do not support your ability to perform at your personal best. P6PROP® can also be used as the basis to plan and initiate a program for development and to monitor progress, providing long-term personal direction.
